I turn complex products into stories people act on.
Why lavenderoots
A tree grows in two directions at once, down before it ever grows up. Its roots are pulled toward gravity and away from light, digging into resistance and packed soil with nothing to show for it and no one watching. The fruit everyone admires later is grown from the same effort as the roots no one saw.
Lavender follows the same pattern. It is a Mediterranean plant built for scarcity, not abundance. Overfeed it and it grows weak and less fragrant; its oil concentrates under drought and poor, rocky ground. It has also been used for over 2,500 years to calm an overactive nervous system, and modern research on linalool shows it eases anxiety through the same pathway as some anti anxiety medications, without the sedation. That felt like the right name for a body of work built the same way.
